Student Complaint Resolution

CMU is committed to resolving student concerns fairly and promptly. Students should first follow CMU's Student Complaint Policy. If the issue remains unresolved, they may file a complaint with Colorado’s SARA Portal Entity at the Colorado Department of Higher Education.

Students located outside Colorado can also contact the SARA Portal Entity in the state where they are enrolled. For more details, view the complaint contact for each state and the SARA complaint policy and process.
